Granville Shotokan Karate Academy

Shihan Sprague is well known throughout the Martial Arts Community as a certified 7th degree black belt, teaching Shotokan Karate, a Japanese martial art form. Classes will focus on respect, self confidence, discipline, self defense and tournament Karate, in addition to teaching weapons and forms. Belt testing will be done at Granville Dance & Music Academy every three months in front of a board of certified black belts.

Karate Class Details:
Age Range: Classes offered from 5 years to adult.
Class Times: Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings and run year round.
